Cancellation of a course must be made a minimum of (7) business days prior to the course to be eligible for a full refund less fees charged by payment portal to receive your payment (3.5%) plus transaction costs to send the refund back (will depend on amount and method). Cancellations made less than (7) days before the course are eligible for an 80% refund, to cover for administrative and other costs incurred in processing and managing the registration. Written notice of cancellation shall be effective on the date the withdrawal is received by (organisation). Refunds will be made within (14) days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests.

Registration Modifications: Modifications to registration, including substitutions of participants or transfer of course dates, must be completed at least seven days before the program date. Participants may contact LCC to modify their registration in writing. Course changes will be allowed as long as there are spots available and the requisite payment has been made. Substitute participants must meet course enrolment and other learning requirements.
