The Vision of the LCC Diploma and Certificate is cultivate a global network of ethically grounded, highly skilled coaches who empower adolescents and young adults to realize their potential and contribute positively to the world.
I support teenagers and young adults who feel unsure about themselves to build confidence, clarify their direction, and step into their strengths with courage.
I work best with:
I also work with schools and youth organisations on individual coaching referrals.
I believe every young person already carries seeds of purpose, capability, and resilience even when they cannot yet see them. Adolescence and early adulthood are seasons of profound change, and confusion during this time is not a weakness but a sign of growth.
My role is not to “fix” young people, but to create a safe, structured space where they can think clearly, speak honestly, and discover their own answers. I combine compassionate listening with practical tools that help clients move from insight to action.
I am particularly passionate about helping thoughtful, capable young people who doubt themselves learn to trust their voice and take ownership of their future.
With a background in teaching and over 25 years in corporate marketing and communications, I transitioned into executive coaching, working primarily with mid-level leaders navigating career and identity challenges. As I raised my own children into adolescence, I began applying coaching principles with them, discovering that the questions they wrestled with mirrored those faced by the adults I coached—only expressed more openly. This experience sparked a deep passion for supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate uncertainty, develop self-confidence, and explore their identity. Today, I coach young people directly and train other professionals to do the same, bringing a unique perspective that bridges developmental insight, leadership experience, and a commitment to empowering the next generation.
